Located in the 1st district, the deep heart of Paris, in an impressive courtyard which takes its name from the Htel des Fermes, the former headquarters of the Ferme Generale during the Ancien Regime. This area is simply amazing : two steps away from Rivoli Street, Les Halles and St Honor Street, you can easily walk to Le Marais area, Montorgueil, the Pompidou Center, the Louvre Museum. 300m down south you will reach the Seine River, Cit Island and then St Germain des Pres en the left bank. Many restaurants, cafs, bakeries, clothes shops, gifts%u2026you will find there everything you might need ! The closest metro station are Louvre-Rivoli, Les Halles, Etienne Marcel, Chatelet and Pont Neuf. The RER Chatelet les Halles will lead you to CDG airport in 45minutes.

Layout
Very nice one bedroom quiet and bright composed with a living room in which you will find a decorative fireplace and a comfortable sofa-bed that can make additional sleeping for two persons. The kitchen fully equipped is open on the living room. The bedroom gets a double bed and large closets. At least the bathroom gets a shower and toilet.
