Located within walking distance of the Champs Elysee, University Dauphine  and Av. Foch which is the one of the most prestigious streets in Paris and one of the most expensive addresses in the world. Home to many grand palaces, including Onassis and Rothschild families. This is a safe and secured area but has the advantage of also being a business area with many shops and restaurants.
Direct metro to La Defence if required.  Metro LIgne 1.
The building 
which has been entirely restored, is of the typical Parisian Haussmanian architecture dating from the end of the 19th century. The apartment is extremely bright and quiet since it is situated on the 4th floor (with lift). The access is secured by a safety door with a code and the apartment has an intercom  for visitors.
Layout :
This 26 sqm apartment has an open american style kitchen in the living area. Everything is furnished and fully equipped; Fridge, hob, combined oven/microwave, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen ustensils etc.. The living room has a sofa bed, cable TV, and there is a breakfast and dining table for 4. It overlooks onto the street. Then the bathroom / toilet has a washbasin and bath.
