The nearest metro station is “Hotel de ville” (line 1 – 11), and you are well connected to all the connection lines.
Standing:
The flat is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. The access to the building is secured by door code.
The street is very active and lively but the apartment stays quiet thank to its windows double-glazed.

The living room/ bedroom includes sofabed, decoration and storages.
There is a kitchenette completely equipped with microwave, fridge, vitroceramic, all ustensils for cooking.
The bathroom is modern and functional including shower, toilets, washbasin and storages.
