The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. The access is secured by a door code. There is a wide window which overlooks a calm courtyard.

Layout

The space is well optimized, there is a sleeping area with a double bed separated from the living room by shelves. The living room includes a sofa/bed, coffee table, TV, desk, armchair. The kitchenette is separated by a little bar, it is completely equipped with fridge,dishwasher,oven,coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen utensils for cooking. The bathroom includes bathtub, WC, and washing-machine.
