There is a good transportation, you are very well connected to all the connection lines, the nearest metro station are ” Montparnasse” (line  4-6-12-13)

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift), The access is secured by a code and a safety door. 
Layout :
A living room with sofa bed, coffee table, a TV, a dining area. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped and fitted. The bathroom is functional with his basin, his toilets, a nice Italian shower and a large storage. the apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a WiFi connection
