The nearest metro stations are “Sully Morland” (line 7) and Quai de la Rapée (line 5)
Standing
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift). The access is secured by a door code. There are 2 wide double glazed windows overlooking the street. The flat has been entirely renovated in 2014.
Layout
The space is well optimized, there is a sleeping area with a double bed separated from the living room by blinded curtains. The living room includes a sofa/bed, coffee table, TV, cable (Numericable).
The kitchen is separated, it is completely equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro wave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all kitchen utensils for cooking. The bathroom includes shower and toilets.

For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you. Household linen is furnished (bath towels, sheets). Internet with a wifi connection and cable TV are available.
