The flat is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The access is secured by door code. The windows are double-glazed and overlook a calm courtyard.
Layout:
The decoration is lovely, modern and vintage in the same time.
There is an entrance which leads to the kitchen and the living area with some storages and a lovely desk.
The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, microwave, vitroceramic, washing machine and everything for cooking, you just have to bring your luggages. There is also a space with a dining table. The kitchen area is separated by a bar where you can eat or have a drink.
The living/bedroom includes sofa-bed, coffee table, storages, Tv and decoration.
The bathroom is simple, modern and effective with a wide shower.
On the balcony, there are small table with chairs.
