The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The access is secured by a door code. There is a wide window which overlooks a calm courtyard.
Layout
The space is well optimized, there is a sleeping area with a comfortable and new sofa bed. The living room includes a sofa/bed, coffee table, TV, desk, armchair. The kitchenette is separated by a dining table, it is completely equipped with fridge, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all kitchen utensils for cooking. The bathroom includes shower, WC.
