Location 
Well located in the second district, close to a shopping street full of stores, markets, restaurants. A few steps from the flat you can visit “La tour de Jean sans peur” an outstanding monument worth visiting. If you walk in the Halles or Montorgueil street you can easily make a detour on the Victory Square where is setup the splendid statue of Louis XIV.
The nearest metro stations are Réaumur-Sébastopol (line 4 – 3), Arts et Metiers line 3 & 11. You are very well connected with all the lines of Paris and it’s very easy to go everywhere.

On the third french floor (without elevator), old style building. All the windows are double-glazed and overlook the street Tiquetonne.
Layout  
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a chest of drawer. The window gives onto a quiet courtyard.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It is fully equipped with oven, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, coffee machine, kettle. The living room contains a sofa, a coffee table, TV, dining table and a lot of storage space.
