Located in the 7th district, a few steps from the famous ”Saint Germain des Près” area, Jardin du Luxembourg, wonderful green heart of Paris. Quiet hood, mainly residential, housed with artists galleries, museums, high standards shops, fine grocery stores. This is a great apartment to explore Paris from. Within a short walk from the Musee d’Orsay, Invalides and the Musee Rodin. You can also easily walk to the Eifel tower and the Louvre. You will find everything you need in the neighborhood like stores, shops, restaurants, bars (famous Café de Flore is just a few streets away), markets are walking distance.
The nearest train station is Vaneau (line 10)

This apartment of 48 square meters is located on the 3rd floor of a building equiped with a lift. The access is secured with 2 door codes.
All the windows are double-glazed. the bedroom gives onto a very quiet courtyard.
Layout 
It is a one bedroom apartment for two people, a bathroom with a tub. The main bed is a sofabed. Toilets are not separated. The kitchen is equiped with a microwave, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, coffee machine, kettle.
The space is very well optimised, the kitchen and the living room aren’t separated. The living room contains also a dining table, with 4-6 chairs, with a comfortable sofa.
