Located in the 10th district, this area is pleasant to live in and has a good public transportation (Gare de l’Est, Gare du Nord). You wont be so far from the Canal Saint-Martin where you will enjoy nice proximity with water, restaurants, organic coffe shops, artistic places etc. Everything you may need within walking distance.
The nearest metro stations are “Chateau Landon”, “Gare de l’Est”, line 4-5-7.
Standing 
The flat is on the 5th floor without elevator. The access is secured by one door code. The windows are double-glazed and overlook the street.
Layout
The decoration is lovely, the studio has been freshly renovated, it’s modern and convenient at the same time. The kitchen is completely equipped with mini oven, vitroceramic, washing/drying machine and everything for cooking, you just have to bring your luggages. There is also a space with a little dining table.
The living/bedroom includes sofa-bed, coffee table, storage, Tv, decoration. The bathroom is simple, modern and effective with a wide bathtube-shower.
Advantages
The neighborhood is eclectic, simple, laid out and the Canal Saint-Martin is definitely the place to hang out. The apartment is brand new and very well optimized.
