The nearest métro station are Sentier (line 3), Grands boulevards, Bonne nouvelle (line 8-9), Strasbourg saint-denis (line 4-8-9). You can have an easy and fast access to the “Printemps” ” Les Galeries Lafayettes” and “Montmartre”.
The 2nd district is known for its pleasant walks “Quartier de Montorgueil” ” Les Halles” , “rue de Réaumur” symbol of 20th century architecture.
Standing 
This apartment of 40 square meters is located in the 6th floor of a building equipped with a lift but the game is worth the candle ! After you arrived on the 6th floor, you’ll have a couple of stairs to climb before reaching the apartement door (about 10 stairs)
The access is secured with 2 door codes.
All the windows are double-glazed and there is a lovely view on Paris rooftops but the appartement stays very quiet. 
 Layout 
It is a one bedroom apartment for two-three people with a separated bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtube and a shower. Toilets are separated. The kitchen is completely equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, coffee machine, kettle…
The space is very well optimised, the kitchen and the living room are separated. The living room contains also a dining table, with 4-6 chairs, with a comfortable sofa.
