Location
Very well located in the 16th district, the most elegant living district of Paris. Only a few meters from the apartment you can reach a animate street, which has a lot of shops and restaurants, coffe bars, which is very convenient for you to enjoy the parisian lifestyle.
a few steps to the famous “the seine” and “Tour Eiffel”,”Charles de gaulle étoile”, you can visit Paris’s famous attractions all in walk! Living the heart of Paris is the best choice to appreciate this romantic city.
The nearest subway are:”La muette” line 9 and “boulainvilliers” line RERC (regional express network). 
Standing
On the first french floor in a Haussmann style building with a new elevator. 
The access is very secured by code.
All the windows are double glazing, and there is no building directly opposite, overlooking a courtyard.
Layout
A huge cozy living room, tastefully decorated, there is a fireplace for decoration. A lot of place in the living room for the family or friends. A new sofa, a big TV LED, a box for internet, a fixed phone.  A large dining table for 6 personnes, which shares the same big living room. The kitchen is open bar USA style, completely equipped with microwave, oven, dishwaher, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, coffee machine, kettle, all the ustensils for cooking.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with a big double glazing window and a cupboard. The biggest bedroom has a double bed, with the window which overlooks the lovely green garden. 2 bedrooms well decorated with a new desk.  The bathroom is very modern with a large bathtub, double washbasin and 2 toilets. There is another separated toilets in the corridor. A big surprising private garden, it’s quite exceptional in Paris. It’s a real luxury!

For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you. Household linen is furnished (bath towels, sheets). Internet with a wifi connection and cable TV are available.
