The 19th century walk up building is equipped with : security code, intercom, concierge. The owners offers an extra service with parking spot, 1 block from the main entrance building. This extra service isn’t included into the rental price. It costs 130€ TTC per month. 
Layout
This beautiful 143 square meters,3 Bedroom apartment is located on Avenue Claude Bernard, in the 5th arrondissement, on the 2nd French floor of a 19th century walk up building and it can sleep 5-6 people. This apartment is equipped with : Washer, Dryer, Cable, TV, unlimited high speed internet access with the wifi. Also provided : Bed linens, Blankets, Pillows, Towels and Kitchen utensils.
The masterbedroom is isolated and quiet at the end of a corridor on the side of the apartment. It has its own private dressing and bathroom with shower and view on the green courtyard.
One of the two bedroom left has a mezzanine bed (120X190), a desk and overlooks the street.
The last bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the courtyard. All rooms have dressings and room to store a lot of clothes and belongings.
Those two ‘children bedroom’ have access to a bathroom with toilets, a sink and a shower.
A single separated toilet is located in the corridor leading to the Master bedroom.

For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you. Household linen is furnished (bath towels, sheets). Internet with a wifi connection and cable TV are available.
