The apartment is in a building with a swimming pool accessible to all residents. A guard is present in the condominium and a vigik is required to enter the residence.
There is parquet in all rooms except the bathrooms where there is tiling. It is equipped with single glazing but the whole apartment overlooks the inner courtyard.

At the Relais Danzig, the entrance is directly into the main room. There is a dining table for up to 4 people, storage space, a desk, a sofa, a flat screen TV and internet access.
