Location
This apartment is very well located in the 16th district. Even if it’s one of the largest districts of the capital, the atmosphere is very special such as a village, it’s very nice and relaxing. The 16th is also a cultural district with many museums, galleries, and you will be surprised by its buildings and its architecture. You will walk accross the popular “Bois de Boulogne”. And for lovers of shopping you will find all the luxury stores. 
Standing
The flat is located in a very calm street, it’s a nice place, quite residential. The building is also very pleasant and well maintained, there is a public garden for residents. The windows in the bedrooms overlook this quiet garden, in the kitchen and in the living room you have another panoramic view on the street. You have two access to enter in the bulding secured by door codes (one is located “rue de la Faisanderie” and the other “rue Dufrenoy”).

Layout
The housing is spacious and has two bedrooms, one of them includes a double bed with lot of storages, the other includes one single bed and you can pull down to add another single bed in addition. This second bedroom has its own dressing.
The living area is luminous and includes a TV, two sofas, furnitures, dining table … In the corridor which leads to the living room and the kitchen there is a large entry, and a library.
The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, washing machine with dryer and all utensils are supplied.
