Beautiful apartment of 105 square meters with two bedrooms and a south-facing terraceLocation:Very well located in Neuilly Sur Seine at few meters from “La Defense” and also close to the 16th district of Paris and its famous “Trocadéro”. This is the ideal place for a business trip, and it’s also a great location to enjoy the charms of Paris. The apartment is just two streets behind the huge square ” Bois de Boulogne”.The nearest metro stations are “Les Sablons” and “Porte Maillot” (line 1).Standing:On the 5th floor (with elevator) of a nice and quiet building very well maintened with secured access by door code. All the windows are double-glazed and overlook the street or a courtyard.The kitchen and the bedroom lead to a little balcony and the living room leads to a wide south-facing terrace with chairs and table.Layout:The living room is wide and bright equipped with a sofa/bed, armchairs, coffee table, Tv, stereo… And there is another area with dining table and chairs and storages.A corridor leads the living area to the a kitchen completely equipped with fridge, vitroceramic, cooker hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, and all the ustensils for cooking. Also, there is a little bar with stoolsThe first bedroom facing the balcony includes a double bed and the seconde one has also a double bed.There are two modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with shower. And separated toilets.You will find lot of storages in the corridors next to the bedrooms.Special note:For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you.
