Location:

Located in the 15th, an attractive and cultural district of Paris with lot of museums to visit, such as “Muse Bourdelle”,”Muse Pasteur” at just few meters from the apartment. Also, the famous square of “Georges Brassens” is not so far, it is the ideal place for a picnic or for a walk. The street is lively with many small shops where you can find everything you need. There is a good transportation, you are very well connected to all the connection lines, the nearest metro station are “Pasteur”, “Falguiere”, “Vaugirard”, “Svres-Lecourbe” line 6-12.

Standing:

On the 6th floor of the building with elevator, and secured access by door code. All the window are double-glazed and let the apartment very calm and quiet.

Layout:

The space is well optimised in the living room, there is a sofa-bed, large TV, and a small table which you can convert in dining table with two chairs.

The kitchen is almost separated by a bar, it is completely equipped with microwave, vetroceramic, cooker hood, coffee machine, kettle, washer and dryer machine and all ustensils for cooking.

The bathroom is functional and rather spacious for the aparment and is equipped with shower.

The bedroom is luminous and includes a double bed for two persons, and there is lot of storages in the bedroom and in the corridor which leads to the living room.
