Very close to the flat there is the Saint-Lambert square with large green spaces well maintained, ideal for a jog or for reading and relaxing.
The neighborhood has a good transportation network, you can easily cross Paris. The nearest metro stations are “Commerce” (line 8) and “Emile Zola” (line 10).
Standing:
Located on the 5th floor (with an elevator) of a building well maintained by a concierge and secured by a door code.
In the apartment of the windows are double-glazed and overlook a courtyard without opposite.
Layout:
The living room includes a TV with furniture, sofa, decoration and coffee table. The kitchen is modern, tastefully optimized and well equipped with oven, microwave, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, toaster, kettle, and all ustensils for cooking.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated including one large double bed, nightstands and closet.
The bathroom is modern and convenient with toilets, shower, washbasin.
