Very well located in the center, near one of Paris’s most historically rich district, Saint Germain des Près. You can enjoy many shops, markets rue de Sèvres, Le Bon Marché offers you a large range of international products. Moreover, the Champs de mars is not far from the apartment. It’s perfectly quiet area but with everything you need. Nearest metros are Saint Sulpice, Sevres Babylone (Line 4 and 12)

The building is equipped with security code, but there isn’t elevator.
Layout
This apartment is constituted with a living room, dinig table for 2-3 people, double sofa bed, 1 coffee table. The kitchen is open on the living room, and equipped with fridge, hob, mix oven, kettle, toaster and all ustensils to cook. Living area is facing the street. The bathroom is contiguous to the bedroom, it’s equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet.
