The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 19th century building, no elevator. The building is completely secured (1 electronic security doors before you reach the apartment)
Layout
This 39 sqm apartment has an open american style kitchen. Everything is furnished and fully equipped; Fridge with freezer, washer/dryer machine, vitroceramic hob, combined oven/microwave, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen ustensils etc.. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, cable TV, closet and there is a breakfast and dining table for 4-5. The master bedroom has a double king size bed. It overlooks onto a private courtyard. Then the bathroom / toilet has a washbasin and italian shower.
