Located in the 8th district at few steps from the “Jardin des tuileries”, a very beautiful and large garden ideal for walking with family, or for a jog or a picnic, and also “Champs élysées”. In the neighborhood, you will find everything you need like stores, shops, restaurants, bars, market walking distance. This area is pleasant to live and has a good public transportation, the nearest metro station is “Madeleine” (line 8,12 and 14). Also, you won’t be so far from the train station “Opéra” (line 3, 7 and 8). On the 5th floor of a building with elevator up until 4 floor and with a secured access by door code. In the living room the windows are double-glazed and there is a street view.

Confortable apartment of 76 square meters with 2 connecting bedrooms which can welcome up to 5 people, and one sofa bed, Ideal for a family. The living room is spacious, there is an area to relax with sofa, TV, coffee table. There is another area with a dining with table (with extensions), chairs, and chest of drawers. The kitchen leads to the living room, it’s completely equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic and all ustensils for cooking. There is also another little dining table very convenient. There are some storages in the corridor which leads to the bathroom and the bedrooms. The bathroom is wide and includes double washbasin, bahtub, toilets, dryer and washer machine. There is another toilet separated next to the living room. One of the bedroom contains a double bed and the other one two single beds.

It’s a very cosy and charming apartment, with walking distance from “Galerie Lafayette”, “Champs élysées”, “Opéra” and famous shops like Lancel, Fauchon, Eres and many others.
