Located near Oberkampf and Voltaire area, very closed to many shops, restaurants, veggie markets, take away, coffee, the famous ‘Cirque d’Hiver’. Carrefour of many streets as rue Amelot, Boulevard du Temple, Café du Bataclan… That’s a perfect place to live at, a lot of activities, and walking distance from everything.
The 11th district is known for its gardens “Square Maurice Gardette”, ”Square Colbert” and its pleasant walks across the courtyards and passageways of “Saint-Antoine street” , one of the oldest areas of Paris, connecting the Place de la Bastille to the Nation. And for those who love solving mysteries, there many secret passages to explore ! A few steps from Bastille and 15 minutes walk from the marshes. The area is typically Parisian and safe, day and night. A few minutes walk from the apartment, you have access to the rue Saint Antoine, and you can go eating and drinking rue de Lappe and Roquette, famous for their nocturnal activity!
The nearest metro stations are Oberkampfs (line 5 and 9) and Filles du Calvaire (line 8)

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without lift), The access is secured by a code and a safety door. 
Layout :
The bedroom is spacious with a large bed for two people. There is also a dining table, a sofabed (1 person), TV. The kitchen is completely equipped oven/microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster… and everything for cooking. 
Advantages : 
Cosy apartment, very quiet, overlooking a nice courtyard, a private terrace is a huge advantage.
