The apartment is located in a 20th century building and a digicode system provides secure entry to the premises. It has been fully renovated and decorated in a refined modern style. The various living spaces are bright thanks to large windows which offer an unobstructed view of Paris. There is strip-pattern parquet flooring and double glazing for or a quieter, more comfortable stay.
Layout:
You enter the Relais Marceau apartment through the hall which leads to the other living spaces in   the apartment. The living room has a lounge area with a large two-seater sofa bed which can serve as a guest bed, armchairs, a coffee table and a flat screen television. This intimate space also has a dining area with a large dining table which is ideal for spending time with friends or family.
The fitted kitchen opens onto the living room ; it has storage cupboards and a work surface. The kitchen is equipped with a conventional oven, an extractor hood, a microwave a hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge and all the necessary crockery. 
The apartment has a sleeping area with a master bedroom. This has a 180 x 200 cm King Size bed, a wardrobe and a desk with natural daylight. There is also a second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds and a chest of drawers. The corridor which leads to both bedrooms is equipped with a fully fitted walk-in wardrobe.
The main shower room has a large shower cubicle twin washbasins with a toiletry cabinet, a lighted mirror, a heated towel rail and a toilet. For increased comfort, the apartment also has a second shower room with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a toiletry cabinet, a mirror and a toilet. This accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
