This very well located apartment in an Haussmann style building has three bedrooms and bathrooms, and is within walking distance to many Parisian most iconic locations: the Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre museum! This apartment is perfect for couples, groups of friends, business travellers and even for families with little ones- it can accommodate 8 guests comfortably!!
This modern apartment is spacious and has3 bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for big families or groups visiting the city. Air conditioned, accessible by elevator, this home can welcome up to 8 guests comfortably!
Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as Opera, Galaries Lafayette and the Louvre. The Grevin waxworks museum is on the same street and the Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine is 5 minutes away. The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend taking a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day. You can even take the kids to Disneyland on the RER A from nearby ‘Auber’, or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard!
With a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you would expect, high speed wi-fi, telephone, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board this apartment is equally excellent for long stays and those travelling to Paris on business purposes- we promise you’ll feel right at home!
Please note that the 3 bedrooms and leaving rooms works with A/C.

Guests will have access to the whole studio, which is equipped with its own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).
Standard check-in time is between 4:00PM and 8:00PM.
It might possible to check-in with other hours, depending on availability, please contact me. The associated fees are : 200€ between noon – 1:00PM; 80€ between 1:00PM and 4:00PM. The last check-in time possible is at 8:00PM.
Arrivals on Sundays and Bank Holidays have a 50€ extra fee.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
We ask that guests treat this apartment as they would their own home and to inform me as soon as possible should they have any problems or difficulties whilst staying at my place.
Please note that the price of the rental may change for special events such as showroom, shooting, wedding….
This area is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. There is even an arcade ‘La tête dans les nuages’ nearby, and just 5 minutes walk away is the little known Grévin waxworks museum. 
For fashion addicts, it’s ideal as the apartment is very near to Galeries Lafayette and other many stores.
For sightseeing, it is accessible via metro Richelieu-Drouot and within walking distance to the Opera Garnier, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden.
Many sites of interest are within walking distance.
This apartment is close to metro stops ‘Richelieu-Drouot’, ‘Bourse’ and ‘Quatre Septembre’.
