The apartment is within walking distance to many Parisian most iconic locations: the Opéra Garnier, the Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre museum! It is perfect for couples, groups of friends, business travelers and even for families with little ones. It can accommodate 10 guests comfortably!! Enjoy!

This modern apartment is spacious and has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, one with a wc and an other private wc, perfect for large families or groups visiting the city. Air conditioned, accessible by elevator, this home can welcome up to 10 guests comfortably and even has a rooftop view of Paris!
 
Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opera Garnier, the Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre Museum. The Grevin waxworks museum is on the same street and the Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance. The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day. You could even take the kids to Disneyland on the RER A from nearby ‘Auber’, or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard!
 
With a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you would expect, wi-fi, telephone, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board; this apartment is also ideal for long stays and those travelling to Paris on business purposes. We promise you’ll feel right at home!

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
 
I ask that guests treat this apartment as they would their own home and to inform me as soon as possible should they have any problems or difficulties whilst staying at my place.
 
Please note that the price of the rental may change for special events such as showroom, shooting, wedding….
 
This area is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. There is even an arcade ‘La tête dans les nuages’ nearby, and just 5 minutes walk away is the little known Grévin waxworks museum. 
For fashion addicts, it’s the perfect apartment as it is very close to the Galeries Lafayette and many other shops.
For sightseeing, it is accessible via metro Richelieu-Drouot and within walking distance to the Opéra Garnier, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden.
