Located in the 1st district a few steps from the “Jardin Nelson Mandela”, a very beautiful and large garden ideal for a jog or a picnic. In the neighborhood, you will find everything you need stores, shops, restaurants, bars, market walking distance. The neighbourhood is a popular pedestrianized area in the first quarter. Located in the very heart of central Paris and so is ideal for accessing many of Paris’s attractions.  The Art Loft is only a short few minutes walk from:  the Pompidou Centre, the Rue de Rivoli, the Seine River:  the Marais, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ile de la Cité and Ile St Louis, St. Germain and the trendy Montorgueil quarter. Montorgueil is one of the few authentically Parisian quarters remaining that is untouched by tourists. A quarter attracting artists, designers and artisans.  Montorgueil is also known for its twice weekly open air markets where diverse items from fresh produce to jewellery can be bought. 
This area is pleasant to live and has a good public transportation. The nearest train station is “Châtelet-Les Halles” (RER A, RER B and RER D). Also, near from metro station “Etienne Marcel” (Line 4) or Sentier line 3.
