The nearest subway are : Ranelagh (line 9) or RER C “Avenue du Président Kennedy”

On the 1st french floor in an Haussmann style building with an elevator. The access is secured by a coded entrance door. A building keeper assures services and mail delivery each day.
Layout
A convenient entrance leads directly to the living area and the open american style kitchen. A large living / dining area with TV, Internet, coffee and dining table are offering a view over the street and Maison de la Radio. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, all the ustensils for cooking and a dishwasher.
An illuminated corridor leads to the shower room and the two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm x 200cm), a dressing closet and overlooks a quiet courtyard. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the courtyard.
The bathroom has a shower. The toilets are separated.

All windows are double glazed and courtyard offers space for garbage and bikes.
