Cozy apartment of 50 square meters located a few steps from the Eiffel Tower. Can accomodate up to 5 persons. Very calm which overlooks a nice courtyard, there is no access to the street.
 
Location:
Very well located in the 16th district the richest and the most elegant of Paris. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero gardens. Even if it’s one of the largest district of the capital, the atmosphere is very special such as a village, it’s very nice and relaxing. It’s cultural district with many museums, galleries, and you will be surprised by its buildings and its architecture. The nearest metro stations are “Trocadero” (line 6-9), Rue de la pompe (line 9).
 
Standing:
 
Located on the second floor of a 1950s typical french building well maintened and secured by a code access. All the windows overlook the courtyard.

This fully-equipped flat has one bedroom, a wide living room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen. All these rooms are recently decorated and furnitured. The living room includes a large TV , 2 big sofas (including a large sofa bed), one extra sofa bed for only one person. Bedding total 5 persons. A fireplace, lighting and decoration. The cozy bedroom is tastefully decorated including a TV, one large double bed and closets.  The bathroom is modern and convenient with toilets and shower.  The kitchen is tastefully optimized and well equipped with oven, microwave, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, vitroceramics, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all ustensils for cooking.

For your check-in, one of our staff member will be there to welcome you. Household linen is furnished (bath towels, sheets). Internet with a wifi connection and cable TV are available. If you have any problem in your apartment during your stay, we have an operational team who can help you in the shortest time.
