The 11th district is known for its gardens “Square Maurice Gardette”, Square Colbert” and its pleasant walks across the courtyards and passageways of “Saint-Antoine street”, one of the oldest areas of Paris, connecting the Place de la Bastille to the Nation. And for those who love solving mysteries, there many secret passages to explore ! 
The nearest metro stations are Ledru-Rollin (line 8), Bastille (1, 5, 8). From there you can reach all the other connection lines.
Standing
The building has a security code to enter, a quiet courtyard to cross before you reach the ‘D’ building . There is no elevator.
Layout
Very spacious apartment, with a beautiful living room with a sofa, an american style opened kitchen in the living room. The kitchen is completely equiped with oven, vitroceramic hob, washing machine. Ustensils to cook. There are two bedrooms, a TV room and a laundry room where you can sleep one person in a sofa bed. The master bedroom offers 2 single matress gathered in one bed, a large dressing space. The second bedroom is twin bedded. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtube. The laundry room is located under the roof, upstairs, and has a dryer, washing line and a sofa bed. Careful : This area is 1.30meter to 1.80meter height (You might need to bend down a little to cross the room).  The toilets are separated (x 1).
