Rue saint-placide  is located in the 6th district, close to “Gare Montparnasse” and close to “Luxembourg Garden” very well located in Paris.  Regarding the street, it’s a very quiet area with just a few traffic . At the end of the street you will find the famous and very chic “Bon Marché”. The area is very lively with a lot of restaurants and small shops
Metro Station around are “Rennes”  (line 12) “Sévres-babylone” (line 10 and 12), and “Vaneau” (line 10) 
Standing : 
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.  The access is secured by a code and a safety door. 
Layout :
The living room faces the street. The bedroom opens onto a private courtyard where guests can walk. It is a pleasant and calming place. There is also a dining table, TV and Internet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and an induction hob for cooking easily. The toilets are separate.
