The nearest metro stations are Réaumur-Sébastopol (line 4 – 3), Arts et Metiers line 3 & 11. You are very well connected with all the lines of Paris and it’s very easy to go everywhere.

On the fifth french floor (without elevator), old style building, in the old Paris. The apartment was completely renovated. All the windows are double-glazed and overlook a schoolyard.
Layout  
The entrance of the apartment is located on the 5th level of the building. On this level, a corridor gives access to 2 spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and separated toilets. The washing machine is located at this level as well. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and a chest of drawer. The entrance of the apartment has a dressing room as well. Careful, please note that the maximum high at this 1st level is 1m85.
Upstairs (some stairs are to reach), The living room is the most spacious room, it contains a sofa bed, a coffee table, TV, dining table. It’s very bright and the renovated beams give the room a very charming aspect !
The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, fridge, cooker hood, vitroceramic, coffee machine, kettle.
