The apartment is located on the 4 floor (with lift) but we have a few steps down, The access is secured by a code and a safety door. 
Layout :
It’s one bedroom apartment . The living room is spacious, there is a sofa, a TV, dining table. The kitchen is an american kitchen, so is open on the living room. It’s completly equipped that’s mean: all kitchen ustensiles, coffee machine, Kettel, vitroceramic, micro-wave. The bedroom is composed of one double bed, a closet. The bathroom is closed to the bedroom, there is bath, washing machine and washstand. Toilets are separated.
